EDITOR’S NOTE: Apologies for the short notice, but I’m a member of the Commission and only received the materials and agenda earlier this afternoon.
The Pocomoke City Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The agenda includes consideration of a subdivision and lot line abandonment request for the Lands of Visions International MD LLC for Cedar Ridge, the planned infill development for the area between Cedar Street and the White Oaks subdivision.
The Commission will also hold discussion of the Drawbridge Villas townhouse development project. Commissioners will also review and approve minutes from prior sessions, including the June 26 and October 1 meetings, along with the October 1 closed session statement.
