Pocomoke City has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP No. PC-2026-01) for architectural and engineering design services for a planned multi-use community center. The project will provide spaces for meetings, offices, storage, and community activities, with the final design supporting the city’s upcoming Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application.
Proposals must include design plans, detailed specifications, and a construction cost estimate. Submissions are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on September 10, 2025, addressed to City Clerk Melinda Stafford at MStafford@PocomokeMd.gov.
