A new business is preparing to open its doors in Pocomoke City.
Liberty Store Caribbean Market, located at 1319 Market Street next to Our Place Restaurant and across from the Pocomoke City Volunteer Fire Company, is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, July 4, according to banners displayed outside the business.
The new market will offer a selection of Caribbean foods and grocery items. Signage also advertises online ordering, free local delivery, and wholesale and retail sales. Store hours are listed as 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
An Immigration & Tax Service operating from the same location advertises tax preparation, ITIN applications, immigration assistance, business registration services, and Western Union money transfers.
The opening adds another retail business to the Market Street corridor, bringing Caribbean grocery products and additional business services to the Pocomoke City community.
